    How do I register on ACCIONA’s charging platform?

    Easy! Download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and follow the instructions. You’ll be ready to charge in minutes.

    What payment methods are available?

    Our payment system is completely secure, using your mobile phone. You can choose to top up your balance, pay with your usual credit card through a secure payment gateway, or use PayPal. In all cases, the app will inform you about prizes and timings.

    How can I contact you if I have a problem while charging?

    You can contact us 24/7 by calling 961 679 024 or by emailing recarga@acciona.com. Please include the charging point ID to speed up the process.

    How do I start charging?

    Es tan sencillo como, una vez elegido el punto de recarga, pulsar sobre el botón “Activar”, seleccionar la toma si hay varias, y definir el tiempo de recarga o la energía a recargar (en kWh).

    How many charging points does ACCIONA have?

    ACCIONA currently has 252 charging points distributed throughout the country. These points are part of our directly managed network, which allows us to guarantee a high level of availability, maintenance and service quality. In addition, our network is constantly expanding to adapt to the growth of electric mobility and facilitate access to charging infrastructure in strategic areas, such as urban areas, shopping centres, service stations and major mobility corridors.

Further information Moves III Programme – Andalusia

Acciona Recarga SL has received aid from the European Union under the NextGenerationEU Fund, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, for the following actions:

  • Installation of 33 charging points, including new electricity supply, in the Jaén Plaza shopping centre, located in Paraje de las Lagunillas, s/n. Jaén.
  • Installation of 25 charging points, including new electricity supply, in the Parque Guadaíra retail park, located at Av. Príncipe de Asturias, 1, Alcalá de Guadaíra.

As part of the Programme of Incentives for Efficient and Sustainable Mobility (MOVES III ANDALUCÍA Programme) of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge, managed by the Regional Government of Andalusia, through the Andalusian Energy Agency, follow the instructions that appear on the screen. In just a few minutes you will be able to recharge your vehicle.
